Hardware Configuration
  • 32 bit RISC processor with software and on board flash EPROM.
  • On board alphanumeric  2 line keypad with hierarchical menu for parameterization, displaying variables and diagnosing alarms.
  • Encoder inputs with zero reading, completely configurable with PUSH-PULL and LINE-DRIVER inputs (On board 5V and 24V power supply on card).
  • LEDs, for the status of digital inputs and outputs, serial ports and CAN bus.

    • Motor control with torque setpoint.
    • Position/Speed/Control feed-forward calculated internally and/or externally.
    • Encoder setpoint tracking (electric shaft with programmable reduction ratio).
    • Diameter and Servo diameter calculation.
    • Dancer speed control with/ Without line speed setpoint).
    • Positioner with trapezoidal velocity trajectory.
    • Load distribution between two motors.
    • Cut-to-length and flying cut-off.
